Danika Henkel, PT, DPT
Danika Henkel received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado. Fitness and exercise have always been an integral part of Danika’s lifestyle. While working towards and completing her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Colorado State University, she was a member of the Colorado State University ladies golf team. Danika was a Pilates instructor for more than ten years, prior to receiving her physical therapy degree. Danika’s desire and passion to further her knowledge of the human body and to obtain the skills necessary to help her students led her to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. As a physical therapist and a Pilates instructor, she has personally witnessed how increased movement based on knowledge, compassion, and trust can optimize health, function, and quality of life. Her joy is her family, including her Australian Shepherd. She enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, fly fishing, golfing, riding bikes, and traveling.
